Ingredients
    1 jar Guiltless Gourmet black bean dip
    1 large fresh tomato, finely chopped
    1 container Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
    thick and chunky salsa to taste
    1 oz. reduced fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
