Spiced Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sliced beets with liquid
    1 c. water
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    6 to 12 whole cloves
Preparation
    Add all ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Boil about 10 minutes.
