Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed potatoes
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. flour
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 can chicken broth
Preparation

Combine broth and veggies in big pot.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Blend milk and flour together and stir into veggie mixture, cooking until slightly thickened. Add seasonings and cheese.
Simmer until cheese melts.
Serves 4.
