*Low-Cholesterol Pound Cake* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn oil margarine, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg white
    1 c. egg substitute
    3 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. butter extract
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream the margarine, shortening and sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
    Add egg white; beat well.
    Add egg substitute; beat well.
    Add flour alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
    Add flavorings.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
