Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix in a small bowl.
In another bowl, beat slightly 1 egg white.
Add, a few at a time, 1 cup pecans.
Rub the pecans in the egg white with your fingers to coat them thoroughly.
Drop into the bowl of sugar and spices and coat each nut completely.
Place on a buttered cookie sheet.
Bake 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Check last few minutes to avoid scorching.
