Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    4 oz. jar chopped pimento
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 tsp. crystallized chicken bouillon
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 tsp. minced onions
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Fry sausage in skillet with pepper and celery until tender. Drain well.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Add all remaining ingredients and pour in a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
