Fireplace Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked potatoes, diced
    2 c. sliced onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. fat
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onions, parsley and pimiento.
    Add seasonings.
    Brown in hot fat until golden brown and crisp. Makes 6 servings.
