Valentine Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O sugar-free cherry gelatin
    2 c. fat-free cottage cheese
    1 c. canned crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice and drained (8 oz. can)
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows (1 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans (1/2 oz.)
    6 maraschino cherries, quartered
    3/4 c. Cool Whip lite
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine dry gelatin and cottage cheese. Fold in pineapple, marshmallows, pecans and cherries.
    Add Cool Whip lite.
    Mix gently to combine.
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
