Ingredients

1 pkg. scalloped potato mix
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, crushed
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 to 6 oz. pepperoni
4 to 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Put potato slices and packet of seasoning mix into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling; stir into potatoes.
Mix in cheese and pepperoni (use as much or as little as you like).
Arrange more cheese and pepperoni on top. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes.
