Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar plus 2 Tbsp.
    2 eggs
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 c. coconut
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add eggs, buttermilk and coconut. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until browned.
