Apple-Nut Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 Tbsp. chopped, toasted pecans
4 to 6 c. assorted fruit
Preparation

Beat cheese and apple juice in small mixing bowl until smooth. Cover and chill at serving time.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Serve with fruit dippers.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
