Nutty Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft margarine
2 tsp. baking powder
3 large eggs
2/3 stick soft margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
about 6 maraschino cherries
Preparation

Combine margarine with brown sugar.
Add cornflakes and pecans.
Sprinkle over the cooked mixture.
Place maraschino cherries over top and return to oven for about 10 minutes.
