Dandelion Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. dandelion blossoms (without stems)
    1 qt. water
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell
    1 tsp. lemon or orange extract
    4 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil blossoms in 1 quart of water for about 3 minutes only. Drain off.
    Add 3 cups juice to Sure-Jell and lemon or orange extract.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add sugar.
    Boil about 3 minutes.
    Can seal and process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
    Makes 5 (1/2 pints).
