Kidney Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Drain beans and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together with 1/2 cup salad dressing.
