Easy Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. very warm water
2 eggs, beaten
6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Combine shortening and boiling water in bowl, stirring until shortening is melted.
Stir in salt and sugar.
Let stand and cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in very warm water and add to shortening mixture.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Gradually add flour to make soft dough.
