Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 c. chicken, pulled apart
2 cans mixed vegetables
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. chicken broth
1 small can biscuits
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown flour and onions in butter.
Add about 2 cups broth and simmer.
Use layer of chicken, then a layer of vegetables.
Pour 1/2 of the gravy over the chicken and vegetables.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Pull biscuits apart and place on top of cheese. Pour remainder gravy over the biscuits.
Bake until biscuits are browned, about 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
