"Cool" Cherry Romanov - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fruit liqueur (optional)
    1 can cherry pie filling
    2 c. chocolate ice cream
    1 container Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Stir liqueur into pie filling.
    Alternately spoon ice cream, whipped topping and cherry pie filling into dessert dishes or parfait glasses ending with whipped topping.
    Garnish with a spoonful of cherry pie filling.
    Any remaining whipped topping can be refrozen.
    Makes 6 servings.
