Cheese Fondue Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. softened reduced fat butter
2 T. dijon mustard
10 slices French bread
8 large beaten eggs
1 c. skim milk
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/3 c. chicken broth
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Mix butter and mustard; then spread on one side of each slice of bread.
Cut bread into cubes.
Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk until uniform.
Stir in bread cubes.
Pour into a well greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
