Pasta With Tomato And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 medium plum tomatoes
    2 handfuls fresh basil
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    10 oz. fusilli (corkscrew macaroni)
Preparation
    Chop basil leaves.
    Mince garlic.
    Shred cheese.
    Drop tomatoes in boiling water for about 10 seconds.
    Peel and chop tomatoes. Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic and cheese with oil; let stand in covered bowl at room temperature for at least 3 hours.
    Cook pasta and drain.
    Add tomatoes to hot pasta and mix well.
    Serve warm.
