Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. strawberries, pureed
2 c. whipping cream
1/16 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/8 c. sour cream
whole berries for garnish
Preparation

Put all the ingredients except the sour cream in electric mixer container.
Mix on low speed 5 to 7 minutes until sugar has dissolved completely and emulsifed.
Add sour cream and mix 1 more minute.
Chill. Serve with whole berries for garnish.
Makes 6 servings.
