Tortilla Roll-Ups(Makes Approximately 6 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and thoroughly drained
    1 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
    1 c. lite mayonnaise
    1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch style dressing
    6 small green onions, chopped
    8 oz. bacon, fried and crumbled or 1/2 jar bacon bits
    1 doz. or more flour tortillas (mid-size)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except tortillas.
    Spread tortillas with mixture, almost to end, and roll up.
    Slice into 2-inch lengths.
