Egg Foo Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 lb. chopped chicken, pork or turkey
    1 (8 oz.) can button mushrooms
    1/4 lb. bean sprouts (1/2 can, drained)
    1 green onion, chopped
    1/2 stalk celery, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly in mixing bowl.
    Add other ingredients. Cover bottom of a 6-inch skillet with peanut oil and heat skillet. Pour 1/4 of the mixture in this and cook over low heat until brown on one side.
    Turn carefully and cook until brown on other side.
    Serve with Brown Sauce.
