Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
margarine
2 c. catsup
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 Tbsp. hot pepper juice
Preparation

Bake chicken breasts topped with margarine at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
Pour off margarine and chicken fat.
Cover chicken with half the barbecue sauce and bake 30 minutes.
Turn and cover other side and bake 30 minutes.
