Picture Perfect Petal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large round angel food cake
1 c. flaked coconut
2 drops red food coloring
1 1/2 c. whipped topping
3 c. halved strawberries
Preparation

In a small bowl, toss coconut and food coloring until evenly coated; set aside. Place angel food cake on a large serving platter. Frost top and sides with whipped topping; sprinkle on coconut. Cut cake into 8 or 10 slices, then very carefully pull out each slice just a bit to resemble flower petals. Spoon strawberry halves in center. Any leftovers should be refrigerated.
