Sausage-Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet Italian sausages (1 lb.)
    1 lb. beef chuck, in 1-inch cubes
    1 large, sliced onion
    2 medium cloves garlic, minced
    2 medium green peppers, seeded and cut into eighths
    1 can kidney beans
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in quarters
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Brown sausages and beef chuck cubes in electric skillet.
    Add onion, garlic, green peppers, potatoes, kidney beans, basil, salt and pepper.
    Add bouillon and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Check from time to time.
    Add more bouillon if needed. Juices may be thickened for gravy.
