Sausage Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (mild)
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 slices toast, cubed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Crumble and brown sausage; drain.
    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard and mix.
    Stir in bread cubes, cheese and sausage and mix.
    Put in 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let it set for 15 minutes before slicing.
