Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper (optional)
    1 pt. sour cream
    lemon twist (optional)
    parsley (optional)
    corn flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and place in a 13 x 9-inch or 2 1/2-quart greased casserole.
    Corn flakes can be crushed and mixed with melted butter for a topping, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Garnish with lemon twist and parsley, if desired.
