Meat In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 onion, chopped (medium)
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    1 can mushrooms or 1 can mushroom soup
    2 3/4 c. water (2 c. if soup is used)
    2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put in covered 2-quart dish and bake at 300\u00b0 for four hours.
