Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon or orange peel
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. fresh blueberries or 2 c. sliced peaches
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9 inch pan.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off.
    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and lemon peel.
    Using pastry blender or fork, cut in margarine until mixture is the consistency of coarse meal.
    Add milk, eggs, and vanilla; stir until well blended.
    Pour 3/4 of batter into prepared pan.
    Top with blueberries.
    Spoon remaining batter over blueberries.
    Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Cool 30 minutes.
