Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate tidbits
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    granulated sugar
Preparation
    Mix together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt; beat well.
    Stir in chocolate tidbits; set aside.
    Sift flour, 1/2 cup sugar, cocoa, soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt into mixing bowl.
    Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat well. Fill baking cups 1/3 full of chocolate batter.
    Top each with a heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
