Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
    2 c. shredded American cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Bake unpicked pastry with 2 layers of foil for 5 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Remove foil; bake 5 to 7 minutes more (keep warm).
    Cook sausage, onions and garlic until meat is done.
    Drain.
    Stir in chili peppers.
    In another saucepan, combine cheese and flour; add cream.
    Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
    Add hot sauce. Blend hot cream mixture into beaten eggs slowly.
    Add meat mixture.
    Pour into pastry.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
    Let stand.
    Serve with picante sauce, sour cream and guacamole.
