Grandmas Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. peeled, sliced peaches
    2 Tbsp. apricot preserves
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In a large bowl stir
    the above ingredients together and transfer to nutmeg pie crust. Dot with butter and top with nutmeg pastry. Cut 12 slits in top of pastry to allow steam to escape. Cover pastry edge with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly in the center.
