Chive Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. dried chives
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl and make a well in center of mixture.
Combine rest of ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring just to moisten.
Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling about 2/3 full.
Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until muffins are lightly browned. Remove muffins from pan immediately.
