Creole Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    3 to 4 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add onions and saute.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Drain well if needed.
    Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
    Turn heat to low and simmer covered for 30 minutes. Serve over toasted bread or hamburger buns.
    Great served with a green salad.
