Ashton'S Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes (6 medium)
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sherry or bourbon
1/2 tsp. salt
chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except walnuts, in greased casserole. Sprinkle nuts around outside edges. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator to warm. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
