Refrigerator Confetti Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 c. colored miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chopped nuts or pecans
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine crumbs, marshmallows, nuts and sugar. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and milk over low heat, stirring often until blended smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Add extract, if desired.
    Set aside 1/2 cup.
    Pour remaining chocolate mix over crumb mix; mix until well blended.
    Pour batter onto greased 8-inch square baking pan.
    Press down evenly.
    Frost with reserved chocolate mixture.
    Chill for an hour.
