Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked chicken cubes
    peas
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in flour and slowly add chicken broth. Cook and stir until thick.
    Stir in milk, sherry, salt and pepper. Gradually add cheese.
    Stir in cooked chicken cubes and peas. Serve over rice.
    Makes 2 1/4 cups gravy.
