Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mixed fruit
    1/2 lb. margarine
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    15 oz. box white raisins
    3/4 c. water
    3 lb. nuts
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 shredded coconut
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix margarine, 3 cups flour, vanilla, water, sugar, eggs and lemon extract to make batter.
    Dredge fruit, nuts, raisins and coconut in 1 cup flour.
    Add to batter mix.
    Put into Bundt pan. Put pan of water in oven on shelf under cake.
    Cook 1 hour at 325\u00b0, then remove water from oven.
    Continue to cook cake until knife comes out clean.
