Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. flour
    4 bunches green onions (chopped)
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    6 pods garlic (crushed)
    2 cans tomato paste
    5 c. water (more or less)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 lb. raw shrimp
    6 eggs, hard-boiled
Preparation
    Put oil and flour in pot.
    Slowly brown flour, stirring constantly (flour should be very dark, but not burned).
    Add onions, celery, parsley and garlic, lightly saute.
    Add tomato paste, 5 cups water and other seasonings.
    Cook for 3 hours on very low temperature.
    Add raw shrimp.
    Cook 30 minutes before serving.
    Just before serving, add eggs.
    Serve over hot rice.
