Ginger Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken wings (cut in 1/2)
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger root (fresh is better)
1 clove garlic, minced or chopped
Preparation

Mix well and pour over wings.
Refrigerate and marinate for 3 to 5 hours.
Broil and add a little sauce at a time.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp.
