Tabooly (Suff-Soof) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wheat (medium or fine)
    2 large bunches parsley
    1 c. mint leaves (fresh or 1 Tbsp. dried)
    1 bunch green onions
    5 tomatoes
    juice of 3 lemons
    1/4 c. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can chickpeas (optional)
Preparation
    Clean and wash vegetables and chop fine. Wash and soak wheat 10 minutes. Squeeze water from wheat and add vegetables. Add lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve with lettuce, grape leaves or cooked cabbage leaves.
