Sunday Morning Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. top sirloin, cut in pieces or venison
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion/mushroom soup
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    rice, noodles or mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Lightly spray casserole dish with Pam.
    Do not brown or salt meat.
    Put meat in dish.
    Pepper to taste.
    Cover with chopped onion.
    Mix both soups and mushrooms with juice in bowl.
    Spread soup mixture over meat and onions.
    Bake, covered, at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours or at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes. Yield: 6 servings.
