Creamy Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole, boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 large yellow onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium size green pepper, seeded and chopped into 1/4-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. Hungarian paprika (available in specialty stores or use regular paprika)
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. chicken stock (homemade or prepared)
    1 c. low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    chopped parsley
    salt to taste
    freshly ground black pepper
    2 c. hot cooked noodles
