Marshmallow Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    7/8 c. egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook sugar, corn syrup and water to 242\u00b0 or medium ball stage. While this mixture is cooking, place the Karo syrup and egg whites into a bowl.
    Beat slowly until mixed, then beat hard until light and fluffy.
    Pour the first mixture into this in a fine stream.
    When the mixture is completely combined, beat hard for 3 minutes.
    Add vanilla and store in jars or cans.
    Do not cover until mixture is cold.
