Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag tortilla chips, crushed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in strips
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can water
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 c. salsa
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake in 11 x 13-inch pan or casserole. Dilute soup with 1/2 can water in a bowl; stir and set aside. Combine Ro-Tel tomatoes with salsa and set aside.
    Layer all ingredients in pan, starting with chips and ending with cheese and chips.
    You may make 2 or 3 layers of each ingredient.
    Bake about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
