Pepper Steak And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1/8-inch thick strips
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sliced green onions with tops
    2 large fresh tomatoes, diced
    2 green peppers, cut into strips
    1 c. beef broth
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle steak with paprika and set aside while preparing other ingredients.
    Brown garlic in margarine and add steak, onions and green peppers.
    Continue cooking until vegetables are wilted.
    Add tomatoes and broth.
    Cover and simmer on low heat about 15 minutes.
    Blend water with cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir into steak.
    Cook until thickened.
    Serve over fluffy rice. Makes 6 servings.
