Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, sliced
    12 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 medium onion, cut in rings
    1/2 c. condensed milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with onion until tender.
    Drain.
    Mix in salt, milk and cup of cheese (about 4 slices) until cheese melts.
    Pour a layer of potato-milk mixture in a casserole dish.
    Top with cheese slices.
    Continue layering potato mixture and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese melts.
