Kraut Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and snipped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. low calorie Italian salad dressing
    1 c. shredded carrot
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1/2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Combine sauerkraut, carrot, green pepper and green onion.
    Mix together Italian salad dressing and poppy seed.
    Add to vegetables and toss well to coat.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Makes 6 servings, 39 calories per serving.
