Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loose sausage (Italian)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Bisquick
    3 Tbsp. water (add more if too dry)
Preparation
    Saute sausage and drain.
    Add cheese, Bisquick and water.
    Roll into balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
    Can also be frozen and cooked when needed.
