Reuben Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. sauerkraut, drained and squeezed (1 c.)
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    8 rye bread slices
    2 Tbsp. butter (for frying)
    4 Swiss cheese slices, halved crosswise
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine mayo, pepper and chili sauce.
    Spread about 1 tablespoon of this mixture on each bread slice.
    On each of 4 bread slices, place a cheese slice, 1/4 of the corned beef, 1/4 of the sauerkraut, a cheese slice and another bread slice, mayo side down.
